Band History
The Bureau arose from the first Dexy's Midnight Runners album, almost the entire dexys band left kevin Rowland and formed the Bureau with Archie Brown on vocals and Mick Talbot (later to form the style council with Paul Weller) on keyboards. they only existed for about a year and recorded one album, which was only released in australia for some reason?
in 2005 the album was finally given a worldwide release, without anyone noticing! - which is a shame because they were a great band.
if you like this live recording go and check out the studio album, its worth it. this live recording contains 2 songs not on the studio album or bonus live CD that comes with it.
these are not the same live recordings that are bundled with the recently re-released Bureau studio album
